I agree...you could skip every other row and save a considerable amount of cutting time and still have flexibility in mounting options.

How many items need a molle opening right next to each other? Just a thought....
Maybe a checkerboard pattern?

What about making these out of a resin, like plastic cutting board material? Would those be faster to cut in a CNC?

One single piece, not like the ADD (Active Desert Designs) model, is a horrible design.

I think the full rows of cutouts are important, so you have maximum flexibility in mounting accessories.

I was going to order the builtright panel in June but if American Adventure is going to release one I will wait.

I 'd love for a molle panel, or another solution that gives you a bed tie down at the bottom of the bed.

The current tie downs at the rear of the bed 4" inches from the floor are idiotic when you're trying to secure a couple 2x4's etc.
We will have that in a couple of weeks. Check out the update video at this timestamp -

Every MOLLE bag/pouch, but probably not most hard goods.

The single piece panels would probably at least double the shipping price and packaging prices since they may require custom boxes.

Heres a crazy idea - what if you made one size rectangular panel that could be installed horizontally above the wheel arch, or vertically towards the tailgate (where you clear the wheel arch). Fewer skus, less tooling, cheaper, more flexibility, allow people to buy however many they need for their application rather than covering the whole bed with molle. Just need to design the mount points so that they work for the bolts at all locations. Could double (or triple it) side by side vertically for the bulkhead panel. Theres a chance it could be compatible for multiple trucks vs specific to the Ranger, if any of the mounting holes line up (or use a universal track system to mount it).

hmmm
This! I don't need an enter driver or passenger side bed in molle. Just a few pieces here or there works.

I see you have some Packout mounts for the rail rack system and other applications. Do you have any MOLLE to Packout plates or adapters?
