There's always feedback... "Hello! Hello! I can't hear you! There's something wrong with your phone!"had one cuss me out, so not a good idea. lol
That would be awesome if we could make that happen!!!I would LOVE to get pictures of both trucks side-by-side, and bounce some ideas off of you. I'm pretty sure they will be arriving at the same time because they were "built" within 2 days of each other, show the same ramp, and Rail, and destination is so close to each other.
You have got WAY too much free time on your handsOne way we can combat dealers that are charging ADMs is to waste their time. When I bought my GT350, I ran across several of them that wanted anywhere from $5k to $15k over MSRP. At first, I just hung up on them when they told me. But then, I started giving them my information pretending I was interested. They would call back, and I would tell them I'm still thinking about it, but I would ask them some questions, etc., Then they would call again a day or two later, and I would tell them I'm interested, but checking with my bank, wife, etc... If they think you're serious, they will spend a serious amount of time trying to close the deal. It's kind of like messing with telemarketers.
If everyone on this forum did that to a couple of dealers charging ADMs, it would make a pretty decent impact to the amount of time they waste on false sales leads. Would it stop them? Probably not, but if they're going to charge someone more than MSRP, make 'em earn it!![]()
Not really, but I'll devote a little extra time to screwing with dealers that try to screw me.You have got WAY too much free time on your hands![]()
Not every dealer, my dealer operates their own website. If it’s listed on theirs it’s because they put it.I asked my guy when i was picking mine up as it was listed on the site and he said this happens automatically and they go in and change it. Nothing they can do about it getting added
How did they try to "screw" you?Not really, but I'll devote a little extra time to screwing with dealers that try to screw me.
Oh, I don't know...by trying to sell me a vehicle at a grossly exorbitant price maybe? How did they try to "screw" you?
My dealer must remove their retail ordered vehicles from their website or something. Because I ordered 5 trucks from them and they never showed up on their website. Not every dealer, my dealer operates their own website. If it’s listed on theirs it’s because they put it.
Mine has never been on the website and never will.
So they have a vehicle you want. They have it listed at what they consider market value. You don't want to pay what they're asking. They won't come down and you won't go up. You could just part ways and move on with your life. Where did the screwing happen? Cause I'm not seeing it brother.Oh, I don't know...by trying to sell me a vehicle at a grossly exorbitant price maybe?
And I did, but not without a little parting gift of leading them on for a while thinking that I would be interested in paying "what they consider market value".You could just part ways and move on with your life.
It didn't. Hence my inclusion of the word "try".Where did the screwing happen? Cause I'm not seeing it brother.
