MyView Resets

Anyone else have this happen to them? I’m talking about the MyView config in the DIC not the MyRaptor settings. I configure the items I want to see, and every so often they are simply gone and I have to re-add. At first I thought it may be a download resetting them but nope, haven’t even received one of those yet. I tried to search other threads but didn’t see any related posts (but still may have missed one, so apologies if so). Its not that big a deal but was just curious…

I have MyView configured and it has not reset on me yet.

Yeah, this has happened to me a few times over 2 years. Not really sure what causes it, disconnecting the battery doesn't reset it. Just randomly sometimes I'll be set back to default? I'm thinking it might be when it does an OTA update or something?

That’s what I was thinking too. I wonder if an update is stuck, was trying and didn’t complete? I think I read another thread about that happening after the FP tune, which I do have installed.

I can't recall if mine has reset (maybe once?), but my truck will often revert from MyView and go back to Trip 1, whatever the default view is called.

YES! And when I go back to MyView, all my previously chosen items are gone!

I thought mine was resetting but its actually randomly starting in another view like "trip A." I just hit the Return button on the steering wheel and go back to MyView and its all there.

YES! And when I go back to MyView, all my previously chosen items are gone!

Mine screens are still in MyView. Might want to schedule a time with the dealer. Could be a bad module or need a system restore.

Happens almost weekly for me.

Yup. Mine resets to trip view at least once weekly as well.

Same for me, weekly reset to trip mode.
My view settings are still there so I can just select it again without much issue.

Thanks for all the replies! Seems like a common theme that it flips to trip mode. Again, not a big deal, as we are all just dealing with it, but begs the question why? If we have it set to a particular screen, why is it changing? Probably beating a dead horse here, and not worth the continued conversation so I’ll put it to rest. Thx again for validating!
