hope they are able to diagnose it and offer a solution soon! Did they say when they would likely be able to give you an update?
Dropped it off this morning. I suspect they will need it for a while to diagnose since there are no codes. I will keep you updated on what they find. He said he is going to find that noise. They gave me a ST as a loaner and it does not have that noise. Same motor.

Update from my SA: Your technician and our foreman were able to take a look at it yesterday and confirmed that we need to replace the driver side turbo. I have submitted all of the information over for approval through Ford, I should have that confirmation by mid-morning tomorrow. As soon I have the warranty approval, I will let you know and we will make sure the parts are ordered. @RRaptorscallion0331

Damn!!! They gotta give you some specific aspect of the failure right? Replacing the whole turbo! If they approve it and give a reason please let me know! Sucks you’re without your truck for a while longer but at least their doing something to remedy the issue.

It’s approved! They are just waiting on the part. I’ll see if I can speak with the shop foreman and get specifics for you. Maybe he can talk to your shop foreman and lend a hand on your issue as well. My guess is he checked the play and feel of the impeller. A bad bearing will not throw any codes. It’s funny because this is what I thought it was from the start.

Good to meet you man!!

Those plastic bits stink when raptoring the raptor. Look at the Process west crossover. IT's the best
Did the screws back out or break off? How did that happen? That is an S&B part right? I have the same one but have not had it long....

The screws backed out, and I had just reinstalled it after taking it to the dealership so I know they were tight before the TRR event. I put some red loctite on them when I got back. But damage is already done, noticed some metallic particles stuck to my ronin plug when I changed my oil yesterday. I kinda hope it’s from turbo erosion instead of something internal.

I just went out and locktited mine too. It does look like a weak point of the setup. I'll have to keep an eye on it.
