Hey all, 3rd week of ownership I installed (tried to) a powrred sub to add a little kick to Marsha...5th week I managed to do it once parts arrived.
If anyone needs help or wants the Crutchfield Master install sheet, let me know...happy to share...the wiring is different and a mess on '26's and a google search will give you wrong information

You'll never see me tearing my truck apart like that for what ever that Crutchfield does.

Sounds Good Stereo has/fabricates everything you/we need for a fairly easy install to gain access into the factory stereo/amp harness without having to hack into it at all. Truly P&P!
Tore out the measly B&O sub and went with the Stealthtech box with a 10” Hertz sub, but it’s now powered by a RF Punch 300.1 which feeds through a Kicker Keyloc by-passing the factory amp for the sub woofer signal. The SGS harness is TRULY P&P as seen in the photo at the factory amp. Plus, the Keyloc fixes the bass roll off issue in these Rangers and when you order it through SGS it comes pre-set up for the interior of these trucks. No programming or adjustment needed to the Keyloc DSP. Mine was perfect right out of the box.

First and most important part...dont try to ghetto wire it...buy the T harness and remove the head unit which sucks but best way without altering oem wires and using wire testers and such....I personally used a LOC which was simpler than runner wires all the way back....for me, I for sure needed a remote turn o wire, despite my LOC saying I didn't

My truck is non B&O so adding the suv was needed....ade a world of difference...but I spend 5 hours first trying to patch and find the wires in the areas running down the doors...to no avail...fird seems to change their wire colour's with every shift

It seems that everyone that responded to this thread (myself included) assumed you had the B&O setup.

Ah, yes...figured...probably wouldn't have altered if B&O although have heard they aren't great...for the basic system, a sub woofer makes a huge difference...would love an amp too but not bulding competition system. I am the guy that needs to have music playing at all times driving
