If you pull the window sticker it says it in the lower section. Rail vs convoy. I also chatted with ford and they said it was waiting for rail transport

Thank you Bristol. I was able to pull the sticker, i saw everything but the B&O sound system on the window sticker. It should have been there as standard equipment in the Lariat package.

odds are the Ranger is not an issue as perhaps the reason why it was introduced late as part of Job2.
