We just got our new Ranger Raptor front light mount kit all done and released. Check it out. Works with the stock bumper and about any light you can imagine. Came out super clean and pretty easy to install. We have a production run going now and will be shipping out the first batch of kits just after thanksgiving.

wired up to a couple of relays that would handle the juice those lights need. pretty easy really.

yes you will see the lights some. But if you can live with some space between the center ones its not too bad. We are working on a camera relocation kit to move the camera up to the front of the light bar mount, but thats a little while out still

I'm about to buy one - are you any closer to releasing the camera relocation option? -MM

@GregFoutz what’s the chances this very nice bar bolts up to my 22’ Ranger? I wonder if I could make basic modifications to make it work if it’s not exact.

Reviving a very old post. Anyone have any measurements on how much length this adds? I’ve got about 5 spare inches in my garage and would hate if I ordered this and installed it only to not fit in the garage.

its not much, I’ll get a photo for you though. Mine fits in the garage with this and a weather tech bump step in the rear. And I thought I had the smallest garage.

I love the look of this bar (baja rally style) but can't help but think the lights (and bar) could be tucked a bit closer to the front bumper so they don't stick out so far....

To each their own and no disrespect to anyone but I believe if it’s a functional concern, it’s unfounded…
Approximately 4 inches is too far? Older KC HiLights had like 3-4” housings, and I’ll say despite bashing my skid plate and tearing off my front recovery hook-mounted LP and bracket, the light bar was in no danger of making contact with the Earth whilst off-roading it on stock 33s in Marfa…

It’s an adjustment curve for me coming from a gladiator which had a step out front bumper. I don’t think I’ll ever hit them, and if I do hit them in some way/shape/form, I think I’ll have larger issues to worry about.

Time to order 2 more sets of DD SS5’s

Got it all installed, unfortunately the passenger side outside edge is bent pretty good but not a true need right now either my light configuration, tried to bend it back in place by hand and that wasn’t happening. Over all pretty happy
