So turns out while 3/4 of my truck doors work like normal car doors, the rear passenger door does not shut with normal closing motion/force. It almost bounces back out 1/8 inch and isn't fully latched/closed.

Seems like there's something misadjusted on the latch? Anyway scheduled for early December to bring it in for warranty work.

Hey, so mine does the same thing. Try cracking a window, or closing it with another door open. I found that it's not actually a latching issue, for me it was just pressure in the cab. If it closes with normal pressure with another door open, then you know it's just air pressure.

Yea same closing motion/force works for every other door. So its not pressure differential in this case.

Mine was hard to close for the first few months I had my truck, now it closes just like the other three.

Well now you've got me wanting to test it further. Maybe I'm wrong about mine too. Lol

My front passenger door is misaligned. It is very rough opening and closing. I think it drops down a few mm's when it comes off the latch, and my driver side door has a gap bigger then the rest. I have an appointment next week to get them adjusted. I guess doors are tricky coming down the line.

Yea mine doesn't seem that way, it appears to 'fit' nicely, it just will not finish latching unless i put a lot more force behind it, it 'bounces' off the final latch step so it hangs on the catch and is bumped out a few mm.

Mine too is the same, on the same door. Not a latch issue, it’s the door gasket. Seems a bit denser than the others. It is getting better with use, but still need to use a little more oomf when closing that door.

On my new 2025 still less than 1000km. All four doors are hard to close if another one isn't open or a window down. On a side note still not sure if I was coming down with something or the extra air pressure inside the truck was wreaking havoc with my ear drums. Last week (first week of ownership) my ears felt like I was driving down a.mountain.) better this week but I've been cracking the window a bit before closing the door. And I never did get sick or a old

Interesting when I get some time this weekend I'll check and see if I can notice anything.
