Try this: MB3Z-21611A08-AB. Just now sure if the posts line up to the back seat holes properly.....which is why I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
That is not leather.
The outward rear seat headrest haven't changed since 2019. I got the black leather ones that tilt. A bit more expensive than I thought, but perfect fit. Stitching is not red, but not an issue for me

These are the exact ones I have been looking for! Tried to look them up but the numbers on the diagram are associated with a bunch of different headrest. Ex. LC5Z-78611A08-AU, BC3Z-26611A08-B, etc. Almost positive the part number is going to start with MB3Z‑21611A08 but can’t find the suffix code anywhere. Need to find the one with correct color stitching and make sure it’s the Australian version.Anyone want to attempt to verify? I can check this weekend.

Please post your progress, many people are interested. I had to email 11 Australian Ford dealers to get this far, which is really nowhere but some numbers
This makes a big leap in progress. I already reached out. Hopefully I'll hear back soon. If this came about sooner another buddy may have been able to pick me up a set and bring them back this weekend but I don't think anyone will have any in stock.
You may want to poll the US crowd once you confirm these headrests are what we are looking for. Myself and many others im sure are willing to pool our resources for a bulk order to save on shipping/tarrifs.
Shipping is crazy from AU. I'd have to ask but that usually makes things from there cost prohibitive. At the least I can wait for him to visit me again and bring my set.
