Strange, is this another bonus perk we get in Australia?

Don't fret Americans, you can enable with FORScan.

My RR built 8/24 doesn’t have this feature either. Looking at the infotainment screen, when I go to “Vehicle” there is no “Windows” soft key. I’ll take a photo tomorrow.
Mine, built in May has it.

I remember a time when the owner's manual was about 10 pages long. People just "knew" how their car worked and didn't need menus of menus to set one thing to make another come on, etc. I even remember a time after all these gadgets and gizmos were added that manufacturers included a printed 400 page owner's manual so you could at least thumb through and get some kind of an explanation as to what "Key Detection Alert" really means. Now, they don't even include that. You just have to figure out how to find it online yourself.

Ain't technology grand?

The good news is there is a lot of tech and safety features...the bad news is there is a lot of tech and safety features....

I just ordered a OBDLink EX cable, so hopefully I can enable it in Forscan.

They are doing a recall/update to fix folding mirror's and also related to the remote close windows not stopping correctly when an obstruction is in the way. Mine scheduled for next week.

I have one, so I’ll be doing the same. Hopefully I can enable “Welcome Lighting” as well, as mine doesn’t have that soft key in “Lighting”.

this can be enabled in forscan. The crowdsourced sheet has the info needed. Works great. Just wish Ford also had welcome unlock....

So did it get fixed?

My new one just stopped rolling up all except the front riders window

Down works

Still investigating only had the truck for 5 days

Odd

My driver side rear stopped working when using the global close function. The power window reset procedure fixed it.

Reset auto up - windows
1. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed, then release
the switch.
2. Lift the switch again for one more second.
3. Press and hold the switch until the window is fully open, then release
the switch.
4. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed.
5. Open the window and try to close it automatically.
6. Reset and repeat procedure if the window does not close
automatically.
