The 2.3 changed between 24 and 25. The 2.7 motors are all the same regardless of model year.
Yes and the '25 airbox with the newer version of the 2.3 is not the same as the '24 & '25 first version 2.3, my S&B from my '24 did not fit in the box on my newer version 2.3 '25.

For those who have the S&B CAI on a Ranger, can you change the filter without a lot of disassembly? I have an option to buy one with the oiled filter (which I don't really want), but they will send me the dry filter free as soon as it becomes available. There is some sort of production delay but it should be ready in a month or so. I don't want to go to the trouble of installing it only to have to disassemble to change the filter. Do I buy this one, install and swap out the filter later, or just buy the dry one once its available. I figure its easy to change the filter, but I've heard some of them are pretty tricky, so figured I'd ask.

Mine is a 24 2.3, which I know is different from the 25/26, but imagine the answer is the same either way.

Install looks like kind of a b!tch. Am I wrong?
