Makes sense. It's the hot ticket car right now. Strike seems all but inevitable at this point
They picked Toledo for the Wrangler, which is understandable. But also Wentzville for the Canyon and Colorado and Sonoma. Which is bizarre. I would think the Tahoe/Yukon or Silverado would be the one to hurt the most for GM.

Maybe because the canyon and Colorado just came out with new models?

Yeah but there’s absolutely zero way it’s the most profitable. Tahoe twins are still hard to find right now and they basically print money.

They're not gonna let it get this close to a strike, and then not get any time off.

They don’t get time off, they have to work the picket line. Also they only get $500 a week for strike pay. No one really wants a strike to happen.
