Would like advice on where I could pick up some additional hp. I currently have K&N kit, intercooler, down pipes, and a ZFG tune @ 23lbs. From what I have seen hot and/or cold piping isn't cheap and doesn't appear to add much at all. I also plan to have my tuner bring my boost up to 25lbs.

Test drove an F150 Raptor but felt too big, this is my first truck. Guess I’m gonna hold onto this is long as I can then get a Shelby 2 door.

Talk to your tuner and ask them. I’m sure they can give you a guideline to what you need to add to get more HP.
This.

Just talk to your tuner. You probably need a dyno day to fine tune it.

Are you running E85?

It is a 5200 lb truck and the 3.0 can only be pushed so far and still be reliable. Add lightness, start with wheels and tires. It will be quicker if you lose 20-25 lbs. unsprung weight per corner.

Bigger turbos, downpipe, ethanol blend, lighter wheels/tires….
On our Turbo Buick / Grand National cars, many street/strip folks run methanol injection systems (AlkyControl and Razor are two off the top of my head) so we can burn premium in the tank rather than C16. Can’t quite get the performance of “real” race gas, but it allows for several more PSI. Boost referenced, and they have priming switches. Maybe they can be adapted? You would need to find a location for a gravity feed reservoir to the pump.

There are cheaper ways to remove weight.

For vehicle acceleration, wheels and tires are barely any different than the same weight anywhere else on the vehicle. The wheels accelerate slowly, over a long time period, and never really spin that fast. That means they can't store much kinetic energy from angular velocity and acceleration
