not the Poster on this but I used plastidip. It matches the other black plastic trim in color and texture.

That's one of the very first things I noticed is how out of place that gray looks instead of a continuation of the black. I was planning on painting mine, I didn't consider using Plasti Dip. Having never used it before did you use the aerosol? Glossy Black? In your pic it looks like a perfect match.

1.5” lower…which I needed after 2” level. I started to do elec/ deployable boards which are another 1” lower but they provide no protection while underway and cost three times as much. These are solid and I like the look. I’m also learned to go in first with the inside leg onto the board. This has helped a lot. I can then place my outside foot on the running board and GET IN and I don’t have to bend down so far to GET IN or I can put the inside foot on the running board and then just twist sideways and slide in like on a jeep.

Nice. Did you use a Dongar power cable? I'd love to see the result of the cut you have to make.
I used the cla plug it came with and ran the wire into the center console. It was pretty easy to hide the wire from the camera to the console. The rear camera connects to the front one. So I had to hide that wire as well, all the way to the back. I did three cars, so I got pretty quick at it. I still need to do my wife’s bronco.
