The F series all have them.

The 6g front end looks similar to the F series.

I think the Ranger would look great with them.

Just thinking out loud.

What is the difference? Like a swooping window frame or something?

Because you can get a 2.3 godzilla emblem

I'd have to look at pictures, but what you mean by swooping? You talking about the part where the bottom of the window cutout drops towards the mirrors? Yrah I only liked that on the heavy trucks (CDL Trucks) helped with the visibility in the large mirrors on them.

I like the swooping door. It works great for an arm rest.

I doubt it, unless they change the name to F-50. I do like it on the F-series.

Not sure and don't care anymore. I've owned 7 F150s in the past and love them. Traded in my my '25 Ranger Lariat on a 2026 F150 Tremor. Best thing I ever did. Hated the smallness of the Ranger. Loved the handling and parking but that's about. Back to full size gas tank, easier ingress and egress with the tremor, sunroof, power tailgate etc. Had the same features on the F150 Lariat that I had before the Ranger. I thought that I would really like the Ranger. I was wrong! Much happier now. Just MHO.
Cheers.

Thinking of doing the same! A little worried about tight parking lots though.

It's been said many many times by many folks here, but it's worth saying again.

Ford brought back Ranger to grab a portion of mid-sized truck sales they understood they were missing, buyers that wouldn't be upsold into an F-150 trim. Ford introduced Maverick to restart the small truck segment, and have dominated it. In North America, F-150 and Maverick are volume leaders for Ford, Ranger is not. Ranger is here to fill, what for Ford, is a niche market; buyers they cannot sell down into Maverick or up into F-150. What does all of this mean? In North America, Ford *WILL NOT* position Ranger to, in any way, cannibalize F-150 sales - or Maverick sales. That's a full stop statement and one we have heard from Ford many times now. What does that mean? The North American Ranger will not get anything that makes it more F-150 or directly competes with F-150. No Super Duty version, no hybrid (hope they change their minds on that one), no {fill in the blank} that F-150's the machine.

If you want Tremor (it's still not available to order in Ranger, I'm not convinced it will actually come to market), order Maverick or F-150. You want hybrid, order Maverick or F-150. You want Super Duty style doors, order an F-250/350/etc).

Now, I think Ford is missing many beats by not applying much marketing effort toward Ranger, however Ford thinks it has good reasons not to.

I couldn’t agree more. None of this is an accident for Ford. It’s all part of their marketing strategy. Right, wrong or indifferent. I personally don’t agree with it, but it’s what someone at Ford decided was the way forward.

I downgraded from a diesel super duty to a Ranger because I needed something that I could flat tow and although the super duty can be flat towed I felt it was too big to use as a toad. And the Maverick has to be a Hybrid model. So, Ranger it is. I do like the looks of the F series front doors though. I think Ranger would look great with them. Maybe AI can mock one up for me.

I will add, in Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, South America Ranger is THE truck Ford sells. F-150 is in those markets but is sold in very small numbers because Ranger fits those markets in a way F-150 doesn't. As a result we see all of those model variants and features there that we don't get, we don't get those things in Ranger because we have them in F-150. Again, Ford strategy.
