Ford better come out of the gate swinging with more than just a Raptor and a Ecoboost engine, otherwise this thing is going to fall flat on its face! Just saying with the new Tacoma being reveled on the 18th I would hope Ford won't let Toyota steal all their thunder!

There's an established customer base of ~100k per year, even with the dated 5G platform. Have a look at Honda Ridgeline and ''New Frontier" sales numbers and it's not hard to predict this Ranger beating both of them and probably 1 of the GM twins as well. IMO the biggest issue will be keeping up with demand, not generating it.
