Most Aggressive Wheels Offset Without Any Mods?

If I wanted to keep the stock suspension height but wanted a wheel close to flush, what offset is everyone running? I am wanting to go with a +19 offset and a 285/65R18 toyo open country tire. Wheels are 18x9. However, I really do not want to make any modifications to accommodate that. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks, B

My understanding is going from +55 stock to ~+30 (25 diff) wheel with stock tire gets you pretty flush.

Using this calculator, you would be net 42.3mm, so about 0.68" of poke.

It depends what you mean by "flush". I've asked this question before and didn't get an answer. If you want the sidewall to be flush with the top of the fender, then I wouldn't go below a +30 offset.

If you are fine with a little poke of the sidewall, but the tread is flush with the top of the fender, then you are good with a +20 offset.

Here is a pic of my wheel (+20) and how it compares with the top of the fender. This to me is the perfect offset.

It depends what you mean by "flush". I've asked this question before and didn't get an answer. If you want the sidewall to be flush with the top of the fender, then I wouldn't go below a +30 offset.

If you are fine with a little poke of the sidewall, but the tread is flush with the top of the fender, then you are good with a +20 offset.

No, there is a ton of room. I don't think you get rubbing even going down to a 0 offset.

Wheel size is same as stock, 17x8.5, and I'm using stock tires.

It would also seem that a 25mm spacer on stock rims would get one the same sidewall flush. Am I thinking about that correctly (like the wheels might go for a small spacer)

I did 1" Bora spacers which is equal to 25.4 mm.

With 1” spacers, was it necessary to trim either your front or rear lugs?

There's no way I'd trust spacers on a Raptor with hard off-road driving at the speeds a Raptor can go. You're much better off getting wheels with the proper offset.

Great info! I've been looking at the Roush wheels (+25mm). You mention no rubbing, do you think there's any possibility of rubbing with mud flaps on?

No, there's plenty of space in there.

Please don’t take my question as condescending. Do you have any evidence of failure with quality spacers? I see a lot of posts against using spacers and have seen pics of failures while using inferior products. I have yet to see failures with the quality spacers. Not doubting you. Just curious.
