After ditching my "almost built" never -going-to-arrive-order, and getting almost exactly what my order was from dealer stock (including color), I am happy to say that I have zero negative issues to report. I do see the tiny tailgate issue on the passenger side, but that gap is so tiny that I'd never have noticed it if not for this forum. A few software bugs in Apple Car Play (When voice messaging, doesn't return to music), but those will get fixed easily in software updates. Drives beautifully; in sport mode, the 2.3 hauls, and it's simply a beautiful truck. Happy as hell.

Same here. Got mine three months ago tomorrow. Could not be happier with it!

I have the same impression of the 2.3L it's pretty quick. I think people should test drive one before ordering the 2.7L

I jumped ship while waiting a year for my Ford and purchased a Nissan frontier pro 4X , which I'm very happy with. But always leaves me with the question how much I would have loved my Ford ranger XLT...

To be honest I'm super happy so I'm not looking back. It was a risky move but it worked out.

Glad you love your truck as well as I love mine! I was the one who started the thread about the tailgate gap but now I've come to understand and accept the reasoning behind the design. There are are already theads where people are selling sealing kits like FoMoCo already makes for the F150. Im sure FoMoCo will eventually make one for us 6G Ranger owners. We have great vehicles for sure!

I jumped ship on my on-order new 2024 Ranger Lariat and got into the 2024 Ranger XLSTX that fell in my lap. I am 4000 miles in and not a single issue including a 1500 mile trip to Colorado and back to Missouri. Compared to my 2019 Ranger Lariat that I had no end of electrical issues with I could not be more pleased, and relieved.

I was one of the lucky ones. I ordered my awesome blue Lariat 2.3 on Feb 29th 2024 and took delivery on May 16th (less than 3 months).

I cannot be happier with it. I truly love this truck and I have absolutely no complaints!!

I do have to say I do NOT understand the big deal about this 2.7...is it really gonna matter in the long run. Not for me, i just won't be paying extra from some HP i think I might need.

One other random thought...It's so funny, I was out for a run the other day and saw another Blue Ranger in the wild. I have now seen 4 2024 Rangers, and 3 of those have been blue and one silver. Go figure!

I raised the latch on the front of the radiator support about 1/8" - 3/16". I did it when I was installing grill lights so I had the plastic cover off the radiator support so the latch was easy to get at. On my Raptor there is 13 push pin clips holding the plastic cover on.

My original order form 7/2/24 was delivered to the dealer 7/18/24 or a month and 3 days after I gave up on it and bought a new one on the lat.

Beautiful truck! I just ordered a Ruby Red 2025 with the chrome package and 2.3! Are those the mud flaps from Ford?
