Whoever changed the spreadsheet, the VDM is relevant to Ranger, although there isn't much to do in there.

My fault, I forgot VDM is applicable to Raptor when I got the new pages sorted and hid all the irrelevant/old stuff.

Trail Turn Assist

Just revisiting the Trail Turn Assist functionality in light of the updated module data pages in the spreadsheet - thanks for the heads up @Waffel

If the new ABS 760 (Ranger Specific) worksheet is correct for the Ranger Raptor then the change to be made in the as-built ABS module to get TTA working (for my Ranger in any case) would be as follows:

Existing:
760-03-01 F27C 764F (Which translates to: TTA Without TTA • AVH With AVH • TBC With TrailerBrakeController • TCS Trail Control Switch input from the APIM • SDMG SDM Gen4 • HDCST HDC Soft Switch Input from the APIM)

Should be changed to:
760-03-01 F27C F64F (Which translates to: TTA With TTA • AVH With AVH • TBC With TrailerBrakeController • TCS Trail Control Switch input from the APIM • SDMG SDM Gen4 • HDCST HDC Soft Switch Input from the APIM)

I shall try this the next time I get out onto the dirt.
I got a hold of an AU market Tremor VIN with TTA from the factory.

ABS
760-03-01 // xxxx-F6xx
APIM
7D0-02-01 // TTA is not actually enabled here for the Tremor.
7D0-10-02 // xxxx-xxx5-xx-- (OMTTA and OMTC are enabled, adjust based on your build)

Well this is weird. I thought Ford's AsBuilt site wasn't supposed to change but my current coding is 100% what shows up if I plug my VIN in. Was this something the dealer did when I brought it in for a clutch relearn?
My understanding is the asbuilt gets updated even with your changes when you take it in for service, or maybe via OTA. Kinda defeats the name "asbuilt".

I suspect the BCM would need an update for that to be possible. We lack the addresses for it and I couldn’t find any other references to it in the new module tables.

for some unknown reason my ranger does not keep memory of the drive mode when I shut off the engine (the default, as per manual, should be a pop up at re-start asking to confirm the previous drive mode, or resetting to normal). does anyone know if this is a simple parameter setting in forscan?

Just confirmed that the BCM asbuilt coding in 726-38-01 works the same for the Rangers as it does for the Explorers and F150s. This adjusts the brightness of the DRL C-clamps when they are in the "dimmed" mode. This is basically when the truck is parked and running, parking lamps, and low beams are on, or when the truck is unlocked. It doesn't look like it changes the brightness of the DRLs when the usual triggering condition is met (Truck in drive or reverse, autolamps are on, and low beams are off). I set mine to 4B along with my amber film to get the right balancewith the headlights on

Behavior is below:

726-38-01 xxxx **xx xx--

64 =100%
5A = 90%
4B =75%
32 = 50%
19 = 25%
0A =10%

Been working on it (see messages peppered throughout this thread). Others seem to have had success but no luck for me yet. I think it might be sorted now but I won't know until I do a final test in the dirt. Once I have done that and confirmed success then I will provide a comprehensive description and we can update the spreadsheet.

I don't have a date for my next off-road adventure but I'm doing some planning tomorrow night so hopefully not to far away.

I was finally able to test out the matrix LED headlight functionality and was very impressed. I can't imagine there is any good reason they aren't functional on the US cars other than government red tape.

For me, it works perfectly after activation. The instructions are also mentioned here in the thread.

I agree, the matrix LED's are great however they don't play particularly nicely with auxiliary driving lights...
They flick to high-beam too early and flick back to low too late to be useful in conjunction with driving lights and other than the physical driving light enable switch once enabled, your driving lights automatically come on when the matrix headlights flick to full high-beam.

I suppose what I'm saying is that I don't like the way Ford has integrated its light switching.... But the matrix lights on their own are awesome. You'll also notice on slow roads with tight corners they steer around the corners for you.

Any ideas where to change the starting speed of lane keeping assist? Currently it’s 65kmh or 70kmh something, I assume.

Hello guys. I am trying to figure out a way to keep the front fog light working automatically with the headlights, its annoying to switch them on manually every time.
