Rear Seat Headrest Replacement

The outward rear seat headrest haven't changed since 2019. I got the black leather ones that tilt. A bit more expensive than I thought, but perfect fit. Stitching is not red, but not an issue for me

Thanks for the info on this John B and purdyd. Ordered 2 tilting headrests from LevitownFordParts.com, perfect fit and finish. Less obstruction out rear window now.

These are the exact ones I have been looking for! Tried to look them up but the numbers on the diagram are associated with a bunch of different headrest. Ex. LC5Z-78611A08-AU, BC3Z-26611A08-B, etc. Almost positive the part number is going to start with MB3Z‑21611A08 but can’t find the suffix code anywhere. Need to find the one with correct color stitching and make sure it’s the Australian version.

The suffix "AU" is Australia, maybe MB3Z‑21611A08-AU

But the suffix also is the material/color, "DC" is black leather, "CC" is black cloth.

I was sold on these until I tried the rear headrest from my brother-in-law's new 2025 bronco for fitment purposes. I like how they fold past 90° and rest against the seat back instead of sticking out. I didn't do a lot of research but the one's that I did find were pricey.

Oh cool ! I didn't see your post about the Bronco headrest before I mentioned on here that the Broncos tilt. I knew because I got one as a loaner but wasn't sure they would fit. So you are saying the ones that tilt all the way down are from the Bronco and fit the Ranger, correct?

Yes, the rear outboard headrest from the 2025 Bronco Heritage fit. I can personally confirm that they fit.

it seems like it might make the back seat rest not lay flat?

All you swap is the cover. Cutting the hole is optional.
