Does anyone have experience using Ford Ranger Raptor Bed Mat ($150) or Ford Modular Drop-in Bedliner ($345)? Thank you!

My truck came with the drop-in bedliner. About 6 months after purchase, I removed it to see if it damaged the bed paint. Sure enough, I had wear-thru in several places. I kept it out and ordered a Lasfit bed mat. The mat protected the bed floor well, but I was careful not to damage the wall and wheelhouse paint.

I have the bed mat and like it. The dealer through it in on the deal.

I have a spray in, but put the bed mat on top so things would slide out easier. Fits, looks, and works great.

I ordered 5'x8' rubber mat and cut it to fit the bed and tailgate. Total cost was $70.

we put a modular one in my son's 24 ranger and he said it has saved his bed a few times. we only put the bottom in though, not the sides, so its like a bed mat.

i like the modular one and wish i could find another one in the box for 50 bucks like we found that one. i got one on amazon in the clearance section that said open box for the 24 ranger and is an off brand version of the lasfit. i think it goes to a tacoma though because i see wht it was returned. it doesn't fit the bed wheel well shape at all, but is the correct length and fits inside the wheel wells. it works fine though so i left it in since it was only 30 bucks and is very meaty and keeps stuff from scuffing up the spray in bed liner

hate drop in, most trap water and cause paint issues, I did a spray in and then a OEM bed mat, perfect setup and full protection, with no slip.

I have the mat. It’s high quality. I’ll be getting bedliner done when I can get to a big city and leave it for a half day.

The mat is grippy and stops things from sliding. In my experience, bedliner (Line-X) is quite slick. The mat + bedliner gives the best solution IMO.

How "grippy" is the top surface of the Ford bed mat? When I was ordering a camper shell I was checking out the mats they had in shop. Already have the spray-in liner, but it's still too slick. The Weathertech had a rather slick surface compared to the other brand they had in stock. Considering using my Ford points as long as the surface has more grip.

Very grippy. You will not have any slide problems.
