It is conceivable that Ford could put the Raptor engine in the Tremor and price them the same as one another. The Raptor would still be what it is, while the Tremor would be more focused on towing and low-speed off-road work.

Jeep does something similar with the Rubicon and Mojave Gladiator, which are priced identically.

Make the Raptor and Tremor like chocolate and vanilla. Two different flavors for the same price.

Putting the 3.0 in the tremor, detuned to around 380hp or to be able to run 87 octane, and priced 5k under the raptor would be an awesome setup. And more power would be just a tune away.

Speaking of that new Super Duty Ranger.
I did see an excellent video that came out this morning on the new Super duty Ranger.
Very informative. Seems there were several existing product parts bins that got used to create the Super Duty Ranger.
Including several parts from the Ranger Raptor as well as some things from the Bronco Raptor.

i can see that in South America. But I think they would keep the super duty name.

i keep thinking that the super duty diesel should be marketed as a military support vehicle.

So as of this morning the inventory search feature on Ford’s website includes the selectable option for “Tremor” under searchable packages on the Ranger. It also includes FX2 though, so who knows.

more in line with the f150, maybe just aligning the package names?

maybe a little more love for the Ranger from Ford going forward? A quick way to get some more configurations out there and not waiting until 2027?

Glad I live in Ontario, Canada no dealer mark ups it's against the law and they would be fined big time.

would explain why I got my 2025 xlt in Newfoundland in april 2025 at msrp. I thought I was lucky. lol

Has anyone heard anything more about this? I expected Ford would have at least put out a press release by now. Hopefully it isn't vaporware.

Ford started releasing 2027 Superduty info last week.

At this point I am more and more expecting the Ranger Tremor to be coming as a 2027 model.

I have been speculating for a while that the 26 might be short run year, with a return to more of a normal production schedule, where the new model year typically starts production in fall of the current calendar year. Not the odd calendar year schedule we have been on with the Ranger.

for as much as I would love to see a true Tremor, I believe this will only be a package, not a model. Meaning it will be the same dimensions (Not wider), just a tire and wheel package, a shock upgrade, maybe a lift (I doubt it). and the orange highlights and graphics. Probably cost 3-5K for the package and really does not add much more than the FX4, for the everyday road queen other than some visuals. I don't think I would be holding out JUST for the Tremor package.

You think a $60k midsize truck is underpriced? My goodness...

GM is cheaper. Jeep is cheaper. Nissan is cheaper.. if we're looking at top trim levels.

The ZR2 bison package which is required to make it competitive makes it significantly more, the trd pro is significantly more, the rubicon x is more, the pro 4x is significantly cheaper but it’s also a really cheap truck considering it’s the top trim level and comes with cloth seats as the standard option. So yeah, for what it is the Ranger Raptor is definitely under priced. Just don’t tell Ford that.

Honestly for the money a left over 25 model Raptor is probably the better buy.
I got my Black RR bought last month for $54k.

I would be surprised if by the time the Tremor comes out if they can be bought much cheaper then that.
