Looks excellent, thanks for sharing! I just reached out to Rock Krawler about whether the 1.5” refers to the spacer thickness or the lift height. I’m guessing it’s supposed to be lift height as my truck has a little over 3” rake from the factory.

Notice any difference in how the truck rides?
Thanks! I am pretty sure it refers to lift height but agree it’s better to check with them, and yea I don’t know if the height of the actual spacers is 1.5” or not.

And not like I’m a pro or anything but to me the ride feels just as good as before! (Coming from an incredibly stiff suspension sports car I didn’t want to lose that either)

Per my email conversation with Rock Krawler: "The spacer itself will measure slightly less than 1.5", as the suspension operates on a motion ratio. Even though the spacer is smaller, it still provides approximately 1.5" of lift."

Have you gone full droop with these spacers installed? If so, is there contact between the spring and the UCA? I'm reading that some of these kits require the top hat and spring to be rotated 180 degrees which results in the spring now bulging outward, leading to interference at the end of shock travel.

on the non raptor, you do have to rotate the set up since the original bolts were now holding the spacer in place. it was only like 45 degrees though, if i remember right. i feel like all of them would be similar

Well I don't know if Rock Krawler sent me the wrong spacers or what, but these things are DEFINITELY going to give more than 1.5" of lift because they are more than 1.5" thick!

If I go by the G.O.A.T "table" from their thread, this would give me a full 3" of lift. Way more than I want or need.

Guess I'll be calling RK in the morning

oh wow let us know what they say, definitely a bit confusing compared to the post above who talked to them.

And sorry I missed the question, no I haven’t tested full droop. TBH I’m not sure how I would do that but I am planning my first trip with the new setup in a few weeks 😎

They’ve been very slow to respond since I started asking more complicated questions about the suspensions geometry, rotating the spring and top hat, and UCA/coil spring interference at droop.

Realizing I'm kind of hijacking this thread... 😐

The response I got from Rock Krawler did not inspire confidence. They are insistent that these spacers will only provide 1.5" of lift, which contradicts everything that G.O.A.T. and Cameron Quinn state in their blog and videos.

After reading and rereading the G.O.A.T blogs and rewatching the CQR video, I have come to the conclusion that the reason every other spacer out there is "too tall" is due to the OE studs. Basically these leveling kits are exactly what Cameron talks about as repurposed non-Raptor spacers where the studs need to be cut for a smaller spacer to fit, or make it tall enough that it encompasses the length of those OE studs.

I have initiated an RMA with RK and will be returning these. Unfortunate.

Too bad. It's weird how @mooner3 still has over 1" of rake. I don't know how that's possible with such a large spacer.

@ZombieDropper is going to be fabricating some more of his spacers, he has a 2"/1" kit or just the 1.5" front spacer. You may be interested in getting on his list.

Alternatively, I did find this listing on Amazon. Looks like it's straight from China, but I did contact the seller and they confirmed the spacer is 6061 Al with grade 10.9 hardware. I ordered a set due to arrive on Sunday and can update when I get my hands on it. Less than $100 delivered. I'm under the assumption that I'll be returning it, but we'll see.

Yeah, it is all good. The look of your truck is what inspired me to hit that order button. I'm just not convinced I'll get what I want so I'll go a different route. Either G.O.A.T or similar. I want to ensure I keep some rake and keep the driveline/suspension angles at a minimal change.

as much as I hate black wheels they really do fit the truck. I'm wanting white or polished but not sure that will be the right choice

OK, last hijack of this thread... promise!

I ended up ordering those Amazon ones that @yoopercharged posted above. They actually seem pretty decent, with nice machining and finish. The hardware is at least marked 10.9

These are 25mm thick and advertise 1.5" of lift, which jives with everything I've read/watched. Still highly skeptical that the RK spacers are correct.

The lift question has been on my mind so FWIW, according to this post with the GOAT 1.5” spacers up front he ended up with ~23⅛”

So currently the truck is sitting at approx 23-1/8" up front and 25-1/8" in the rear. (bottom of fender to center of wheel)
I just measured mine and got almost exactly the same:
