Hey guys was wondering if any of you have any experience with JTC titanium all I can find about them is that there based out of Thailand and the only website I can find them on is a site called AT auto shoppe and they seem to be out of Malaysia. I want to put a HKS ssqv 4 on my Ranger raptor but they seem to be the only company currently making anything for that application and I don’t even know if I can obtain their parts in the US if anyone is running a HKS ssqv 4 on their ranger raptor please let me know how or if there’s a company making brackets for them that I don’t know about thanks.

They ain't shy about the price... dang.
That’s for sure but if it’s real titanium then the price isn’t that crazy especially cause it comes with the bov which in itself is near $400

why do you want to spend $1000 to degrade the performance of your RR? the RR has a diverter valve that recirculates excess boost back into the intake, instead you want to dump it to the atmosphere, why?

And this pipe keeps the stock diverting valve just supplements it with an extra blow off valve for the noise

Jeez.
People.
You want to do a modification to an incredibly highly engineered engine from some of the best automotive engineers in the world that's an... I'll advised.. idea for "the sound" AND you set your sights on an unknown brand in a part of the world known for cheap crap with no warranty recourse.
<insert sarcasm icon here>
Go for it! :thumbsup: You clearly have more money than sense.

You said it but I agree with you. All for the sound.

Compressed air heats up... BOV releases the hot air out instead of feeding back into the intake take.

THERE IS A CASE FOR PUTTING BACK the wastegate air into the air intake plenum. It will push to towards the turbo for a brief moment, being beneficial for turbo response on quick OFF-ON accelerator presses.
With a Blow off valve, the turbo would be ALWAYS pulling air without the momentarily Wastegate air push help.

Every car would have a blow off valve if it would be the best option.

Interesting... I'm saying you are wrong. Its weird that they exist in racing then... someone should tell the GT 3 and GT 4 racing circuits to stop just trying to sound cool.

There are a lot of engineered design choices and components working together in a race car. You can't only look at one of them, the blow-off valve, and claim it in itself is a performance upgrade.

In some race cars there are turbos that make TOO MUCH boost for the engine to handle and the blow-off valve is used as a pressure relief valve. Passenger vehicles absolutely are not designed that way

On my Blackwing a BOV is detrimental to performance. On my RR I haven't seen anything to say it affects performance. So I would say your both right. Depends on the engineering.
