I want a QUIET exhaust

this time with 3” down turn tips and 2”shorter cans.

Slightly louder then the other longer can quiet setup , still noticeably quieter and deeper tone then stock, maybe a little deeper tone then other longer can 2.5” turn down tip setup.

Update on the Vibrant Ultra Quiets...After a couple hundred miles they have mellowed more. There is less rasp, lower tone and seems to be quieter than when initially installed. Even in baja mode I feel it's acceptable around town. Really satisfied with the results!

Agreed. I put 1400 miles on mine this last 5 days and it's really soft and quiet in quiet mode, and the louder settings are deeper. Worth every penny!

Y'all keep saying Vibrant, but the link is for LCGP. Are you running the Vibrant at $122, or the $62 LCGP one? I'm likely ordering these when I get back from my upcoming trip.

That exact resonator seems to sold under a bunch of "brand" names. The ones I bought looked and spec'd the same as "Vibrant" and the description said Vibrant in the text. The price was much better but not so much better that it's probably a rip off...

There are some that seem similar (but don't say Vibrant) but are so cheap I'm skeptical....if you know what I mean...

I only went with "vibrant" because someone else on here had done it, and pronounced it good.

I bought the name brand ones, #1141. I figured if I'm having them welded in why take a chance that the internal materials are of lesser quality and won't have the durability of the Vibrants. It was worth the extra $120 to me!

BTW my exhaust shop charged $389 (Near DC...Labor isn't cheap here) to install them including welding them in, running the exhaust tips out the OEM location and modifying the existing exhaust shields. There is a wiring harness that is a little close on the drivers side. I bought a heat shield from Amazon, cut it to size and attached it to the frame using a neodymium magnet I already had. Just gave the harness a little more protection.

That was about the same thing I paid for pretty much the same sort of work here.
It has gone up a lot in the past few years, I guess I shouldn't be surprised what hasn't gone up double in the past couple years.

I have only used vibrant resonators too. And i think that 1141 was the one

I paid 500 but the shop is trusted by everyone from street rodders to high end car guys. Worth it, the work was flawless.

Bear in mind it is quieter in all modes.
I wish it could have the smoother deeper tone yet be louder in sport or baja, but everything is a trade-off. I'm still quite happy with it.
