Hey guys, happy to be here! This spreadsheet is awesome.

Do any of you know of a general guide for getting setup on how to use FORScan before I jump into doing all of this?

Also, do I have to buy this specific OBDLink brand cord or will one of the generics work?

Also, looks like the Auto Stop Start is listed on the CONFIRMED tab - is that true? Other forum posts here on the forum are saying that it adds a bunch of lights to the dash...

and what does this mean: (only affects cluster visibility/nag)

It takes the autostart symbol off the dash cluster and stops it from popping up in the cluater when you start the truck, only. Doesnt disable auto start

Just chiming in here to say thanks for all The work on this resource.

I recently sold off my 21 f150 to downsize. Got my 26 Ranger xlt about two weeks ago. One of the first things I realized is how bad the stock stereo sounds even compared to the non-BO system in my f150. Changed out the front door speakers and tweeters….was still not happy (should have known better).

Today I set the EQ to flat with forscan and that seems to have improved things in a noticeable way.

Hi all.

Have just come across from Mustang 7G, and have an MY26.5 Everest Tremor on the shopping list.
(Everest, not available in the US, is the wagon version of the Ranger)

If you weren't aware, the latest version of FORScan 2.3.71 was released a few weeks ago.

No release notes/change log yet, so not sure what has changed.

I didn't even think to use FORScan to mess with the EQ. What settings did you change?

its a setting in the ACM (audio control module). Check out the tab for ACM…you’ll find it there.

it does take away the ability to toggle on the screen between “all seats” and “driver”, but the sound seems fuller overall and there is more presence in the front, making the stage feel more pronounced. It’s still not amazing, but it’s is much improved after the change.
