This is what I did to my truck, this is here for reference and help. I am just an enthusiast, helping others when I can. Anything you do to your vehicle is up to the owner and I am not be responsible for any problems that may come while trying to attempt this modification. This is what I did, there will/might be other ways, but I'm sharing how I did this mod.
I went on Ebay and found a set of rear headrests off of a 2019-2021 Ranger, make sure you look for the button on the side for the folding headrests.
First thing, grab your stock head rests and the folding ones, and remove the upholstery, both are held on in the same manner. there a clip that folds over itself to engage/disengage, easy to disengage.
Here is the 2019-2021, disengages where the leather meets the fabric.
The Ranger Raptor has it right in the middle and comes apart the same way.
From this point I removed the upholstery, it's a bit tight but it will come off with a little work.
I then found something that was the same size of the hole in the, happened to be a 5 Peso coin I had near by. A 19mm socket could achieve the same effect.
Next I placed the Raptor upholstery on the folding headrest, it is very tight and its a little bit of a chore to get it over the button. Once I got the leather on they button is well defined (I already completed this so don't have pics). Pull the leather very tight, enough to almost get the clip to engage. Once I had it tight and in a good place, I centered the coin on the button and traced around the coin with a pen, just enough to see the circle, I then removed the upholstery again and cut out the mark on the leather. Fold the circle in half and use a good pair of scissors to cut a small hole, then slowly work your way around.
Once again, work the Raptor leather onto the headrest and work the button into the hole, adjust as needed then reengage the clip underneath and its complete. I had both done within 45 minutes and I am aware there might be better ways to do this, however, this is how I accomplished this. Turned out well for myself and visibility is so much better.
Hope this might helps anyone that is looking for a folding option and was $60 Total shipped on Ebay. Well worth it for me. Hope it helps!
