Bumping again just to see if anyone else with a 2.7 can see if theirs does the same sound...

I've got enough of them in the house, don't need them in the truck too 😂

It's under the Off-Road menu. Wish they'd allow it to stay there all the time!
What do you mean "stay there all the time"?
If it's set in 'My View' it should be there, but you may have to hit the back button on the steering wheel for it to show after start up.

Customizing the Instrument Cluster Display - Vehicles With: 8 Inch Screen

Adding Screens Using MyView
  1. Using the instrument cluster display controls on the steering wheel, select MyView.
  1. Select Configure MyView.
  1. Select an item from the list that you want to include in your MyView list.
Note: A minimum of two items must be selected.
Note: You can select a maximum of seven items to include in MyView.
  1. Press the OK button.
Configuring Gauges
  1. Select Settings.
  1. Select Screen Content.
  1. Select Left Gauge or Right Gauge to switch the gauge on or off.

It's not available inn the MyView. You have to manually navigate to it from the off road menu

Once selected in Off Road menu, it should show up every time you push the back button. At least that's how it works on mine.

That noise is DEFINITELY the right side turbo's centrifugal torque converter nut. Sounds like its coming loose.
Now I'm thinking you were pulling my leg! Come on man 😅
