2023 MSRP on my B&P sitting in front of me = $27,400 (not including destination)Narrator: There was not, in fact, a $7000 bump in MSRP.
I listed BASE MSRP for 2023 Ranger XL which is starting point on B&P tool. We only have a single announced MSRP for the 2024. Mine is direct comparison of the 2. You can play with the numbers all you want and YMMV.2023 Ranger XL SuperCrew + Destination = $31,725
2024 Ranger XL SuperCrew + Destination = $34,160

Well, after 16 years with little change in the previous Frontier, Nissan had better do something or lose the line altogether.I went and sat in a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV Crew w/5' bed today to size up. Not the model or options packages I would choose if I bought 1, but damn the standard features list blows away the Ranger and the standard V6 w 310 hp and naturally aspirated has almost same MPG as Ranger 2.3.... and MSRP is $5k less. Seems like an upgrade over my Maverick without the death by a thousand cuts ordering and production delays awaiting with Ford.
Agreed, but that was a given since 2021 when they introduced the new drivetrain into last year of outgoing stale package. Solid year of data and reliability testing was smart and carried it right into new model for 2022. That NA V-6 has same mileage as Ranger 2.3L turbo and only requires 87 octane too. Really tempting...Well, after 16 years with little change in the previous Frontier, Nissan had better do something or lose the line altogether.
NGL, the Frontier was on my list before I bought my '21 Ranger.Agreed, but that was a given since 2021 when they introduced the new drivetrain into last year of outgoing stale package. Ford’s AUS site lets you option an extended cab. The UK site also lets you option the bedside step on the XL and overhead aux switches on any trim. If I was a betting man I’d say all of these options are coming to the states. I’d also guess all of this is Ford trying to roll out the new ranger in the simplest way possible. Unlike the Bronco launch. 90% of the fleet rangers near me are also extended cab, they’re not going to leave people hanging there. It’s a great option between fleet 150’s and mavericks on a price/payload/mileage perspective. Just my .02WHERE IS THE %$%&&^$ EXTENDED CAB???
