So I picked up my ‘25 RR a little over a week ago, and just finished installing my new OEM Hard Folding Bed Cover by RealTruck. I haven’t used my bed at all. Only driven the truck a handful of times, and only short distances. When installing the bed cover, I didn’t drop anything or cause any damage. But while installing, I noticed about a dime-sized depression with a defect in the texture in the spray-in in the in the bed ridge just to the right of center. I looked under the truck, and couldn’t see a protrusion from the underside, but there’s a lot obstructing the view. So, I was wondering, do yall think this is this likely a normal from like a weld mark or something, a defect in the spray in bedliner, or an actual dent in the bed itself? If it’s an actual dent, idk how it could have or where it would have happened. I know this isn’t really a big deal, but I’m super OCD about my vehicles, and this is my dream car and first new vehicle, so it freaked me out.

That spray in liner is really tough stuff and would have probably covered up small dents in the bed when sprayed. That may have happened while the spray was fresh, not fully cured. I can drop a hammer in my bed, and the liner won't show any marks.

Ah, so you’re thinking it’s probably just a small dent in the bedliner, not the sheet metal?

Yeah, that's what I think, but it's hard to tell for sure from those pictures.
Either way, IMO, not something to worry about.
