Hope what happened to a buddy just last week doesn't happen to you. He ordered a Lariat, it delivered to the dealer. Between the time it delivered to the dealer, the dealer told him it was there (he knew thru the tracker) and he goes to pick it up.....they up and sold the truck to someone else. Why is that? Seems the someone else offered them more for it than the agreed sales contract so they made a "mistake" and sold it. Surprise surprise, it is one of the mega-high volume corporate dealers in Central Florida who pulled that little trick. "We are so sorry this happened, one of our new sales professionals who is still learning made a mistake, here's your deposit back. Can we interest you in something we already have on our lot?"

I already spoke to my sales guy and he says since I special ordered it, I have the first right to refusal and it can't be sold to anyone else.

Unless they "oops, we made a mistake" like what just happened. Auto dealers are a slimy lot.

My RR was built this past week. What has been the shipping times you all have been seeing once marked as shipped through at dealership? I'm in Indiana so hoping it doesnt take too long coming from Michigan.

It was 16 days end-to-end to Minneapolis, about 6 days stuck in the local rail yard awaiting truck transport.

Yeah mine has been at the local rail since the 29th, hopefully it shows up tomorrow.

I would lodge a complaint with Ford. As I understand it the vehicle has to be titled to the person who ordered it. Hence the need to give them a copy of your driver's license when ordering. They are supposed to get a release from the customer if they decline buying it.
To avoid all these shenanigans I found my RR on the dealership's lot on the other side of the country. Bought it over the phone and got it delivered in three days later.
My advice is to do a nationwide search, you'll be surprised how many are selling at a discount even RR. You should save enough to cover shipping costs.

Was told there is a scratch on the tail light during transport. Of course dealer is going to replace / fix. Going to leverage this for a free Procal FP install and wheel mount and balance lol.

I think they are done at a contractor's site just off the plant (Ground Effects). Check the corner of your window sticker and see if it says (Shipped through Ground Effects).

My only Dealer adds were the keypad and door sills
