2025 Order update

Still waiting for delivery of my order and Estimated Delivery was 5/7-5/13 and is now changed to 5/17-5/23.

Last Thursday my dealer showed me that it was sitting in Wilmington, DE. (maybe 1 hour from here)

My original order was 5/3/2024. changed over to 2025 on 10/16/24...... the wait still continues.

Not trying to complain too much, but my gosh Ford this whole experience is excessive.

Dam - What a long ride you are on. Hopefully it shows up soon!

My original order from Jan finally got a build date in July and obviously I already bought mine so I have access to this one if anyone wants to go ahead and try to claim it. It is in Austin, TX. Velocity blue with graphics package and drop in bed liner.

I ordered a 2025 Lariat 2.3 a couple days after the 'Employee Pricing' promotion was announced and it is scheduled for production on June 4th so hoping that date holds. It usually takes a month to six weeks for shipping so am looking at mid July before delivery. Wasn't expecting to trade for another year but with the discount pricing thought this was a good time to do it.

My Velocity Blue / Blackout Lariat FX4 2.7 is scheduled for June 2nd. Dealership is estimating 2-4 weeks for delivery, but I’m close enough to Wayne, MI that it likely won’t be shipped by rail.

man i'm getting annoyed. mines been in production for almost 3 weeks now and hasn't changed at all. When i had my Bronco Badlands built it went from In Production to Built in 4 days and on the train the next day. Then it sat at a railyard in my state for almost a month. Now i anticipate its going to be In production for a month then ship quicker. Others on here go from in production to built in 3 days. idk wtf Fords issue is. I don't have spray in bedliner.

The dealership I’m working with (locally owned) told me that if the bedliner would hold up delivery for any significant time, they’d cancel the bedliner, bring the truck down, and send it to Line-X.

My experience “so far” has been pretty awesome. Just hope it holds true through delivery of the truck.

I don't have the bedliner in my order.

I’m interested to see how quickly my truck arrives. Also curious as to whether this delay is created by Ford or if the rail companies are sandbagging deliveries for economic purposes. Sitting in the rail yard in your own state seems a bit absurd though.

The railroads move at their own speed....which is when they are damn good an ready.

Good luck mine has been in production since 3/31 on a "quality hold - unshippable", no further info. Just told my salesman that I'm going to pass as it must have some type of major issue. By the way no bedliner. I'm going to try to find one on a dealer lot or buy something else. Shame, Ford's quality is just such hit or miss.

That sounds pretty scary, I don't blame you. Its also kind of sad that they cannot build you another vehicle on the spot.

How did you find it was on a "Quality Hold"

My salesman sent me a picture of his computer screen. It shows it's location and it is at the Michigan plant. I have a good relationship with him, at even he said it's odd at this point.

Your dealership should be able to tell you the status/location of your vehicle if you call them. The "quality hold" did not show up until about 2 weeks after the production date.

Im friends with the dealership owner. He and I deer hunt the same property. I'll give it another week before I start getting annoyed. He did say if there is any issues he can do a dealer trade and get one from somewhere else but I want MY truck.
