Long McArthur Ford YT channel posted a new 2026 Ranger Raptor Ordering info video today.
Correct, the 25 Order bank is closed , the 26 order bank is open.
In the video Tim mentions that Ford tends to update their website build and price tool closer to job 1 (Production of the 2026 models start)

The new shade of gray must be due to Ford marketers hiring paleontologists to research and better replicate the Raptor's natural environment. The raptor cavorted through shelter green forests, roamed desert sands, waded through marsh gray water, endured the white of day and the black shadows of night under a silvery moon, ran so fast their velocity turned them blue or even carbonized their bones. But apparently raptors did not live under an azure gray sky so that had to go. And, of course, they hated spicy food so no hot pepper red for you.

My last four cars were some shade of red or orange. I enjoyed them, but Desert Sand is a nice break from the action.

Plus, it’s not white. It’s really more of a flesh color, and who doesn’t want to drive a flesh colored truck?

Too bad the Raptors did stare at rainbows. If they had we would have a much bigger color selection. It is possible Raptors were colorblind sorta like Ford.

Maybe it was related to what continent the Raptors were on as to what colors they saw.
Some must have had some active volcanos, because at least in parts of the world they do have Code Orange or Bright Red as most of us would call it.

Yea, I am still blown away that they don't include the push button start in either the convenience pkg nor their tech packages.
That would seem to be such a simple thing to include or at least make available in the XLT.

Having to jump up to Lariat or Raptor to get something so common in modern cars and trucks just blows me away that it is 1 not standard across the bord these days, much less not even offered in the most common trim model.
Totally agree! I own the 2024 Lariat 2.7L FX4 and I am currently in the market for a lower priced version for a family member. The lack of Push-button Start is literally a deal-breaker, and I’m even eligible for employee pricing! Someone should get fired for not including it on every trim level. They are pushing customers into Tacoma’s because of a $30 part.

Hopefully it helps resale value on our Lariats lol

you also get intelligent access with the push button start in the lariat

so you can touch the front door handles to lock and unlock.

so together, you don’t have to touch the door remote

I agree it should have been at least an option for the Xlt as I see it in mid specced vehicles all the time

i keep thinking Ford North America should be copying Ford Australia with trims and features. Might be one of the reasons Ranger is so popular there.
