my passengers have never once expressed this problem when they're sitting in the back and it's 105 degrees out.It does all you get in the back is cold feet and cold air does not rise.
Point the front vents so they get air to the back. Crack the rear window so it pulls the cold air from the floorboard up to face level. Cold air might not rise very well but once you run the a/c for long enough, the entire truck cab is going to be the same temperature. The a/c works great.
It's really not that big of a deal.
