How bad is the license plate light obstructed by this ?

Didn't worry about that. The right side is free from obstruction. If that doesn't light up the plate enough, oh well. As long as both lights are illuminated, cops shouldn't care.

Has anyone installed flush mount lights in this same location? (On each side of the license plate)

I have. I went with BD S1 flush mount pods.

Just ordered mine last night. This is an obvious design flaw on Ford's part and this AAL solution is how it should have been built. I'm eager to see what new products AAL has coming out for the Ranger.

Good call on the oscillating saw. I left that out of the instructions because we don't want people to think that is a required tool.

Almost all of these have shipped that are on order. We have sent a ton of them out in the last week. I also pre-powder coated a lot of them and we have finally gotten ahead of those orders with larger and larger batches each time.

We have a few Raptor Red (Prismatic Powders Race Red) that will be done at powder tomorrow. Those should ship in a couple of days. We'll also have those in stock.

I'm working on a pile of new products for the Ranger this week. Stay tuned!

Awesome work, guys. I was wanting to do this anyways and this makes it look OEM. As others have stated, how it should have come from the factory.

I'm assuming you mean bolts. Yes, we can definitely do that. I don't have it setup on the product page yet, but if you can call the shop after you place the order, we'll gladly add them to the order for you at no cost. I'll work on getting it setup on the product page. You'll need to call quickly, though, we are shipping a lot of these on the same day now that they are in stock.

I don't have another truck here to install it onto, but hopefully we can get some photos from a customer soon. I will get some photos of the red bezel plate laying on the bumper for comparison.
