I got new plates for my Ranger too. Veteran plate 8V5666.....they brought them out and I said yes right away

I only run a vanity plate on the GN. I usually get a new truck every 3 years and I just keep swapping my plate to the new truck. I've had the same plate on my trucks since 1997. Swapping my old plate over also saves me a trip to the DMV. I just go to the town office and pay the excise tax and fees.

Should have my butt kicked up between my shoulder blades for selling that car.

The answer is yes. I wanted HIOSLVR. Iconic silver truck and an Old Lone Ranger fan, so Hi Ho Silver made sense. What didn't work was the execution. HIOSLVR was taken so i tried to "cheat" HIO5LVR was available. After putting it on the car someone said - what does HI O 5 lover mean....... Then I couldn't UNSEE it.

I went back to an old plate i had years ago. PULD OVR.
