I am looking for a plastic tray-type cover for my rear seat back so I can put stuff on when I don’t have passengers (99% of the time.

I popped out the center headrest and seatbelt so it’s perfect for storage (bin, basket, computer etc.) but the material flimsy and cheap.

thanks

what do you mean? like when the seat is laid down? or something that hooks over the seat and hangs down to give you some baskets to put stuff in?

Thanks. I might have to trim something like that, or a shoe/boot tray thingy. I was hoping for something like this.

Not exactly what you asked for, but purchased a 2' x 4' rubber mat off of Amazon, and keep it rolled up in the bed when not in use. I also replaced the oem rear outside headrests with earlier year model ones that flip forward so it's easier to lay rear seats flat. I also keep a rubber bungee cord to hold that seatbelt flat againt the rear panel.

It’s got a boat load of special Velcro that sticks like crazy, so a little trick to install because it sticks to everything. It’s not going anywhere.

oh wow. Looks pretty darn good. Seems as good as 2nd and 3rd gen Tacoma. Quite useful.
Mine is regular Wildtrak 4x4. I wanted to do that but the rear seat doesnt folds flat, just ends up noticeable angled, not comfortable for the dog or cargo.

The rear setback will fold down, as pictured. Or you can flip the seat bottom up. You cannot do both at the same time, and the seat bottom does not tumble forward.

It folds up fine, so full use of back seat. Headrests off it’s pretty flat. I use a bucket bungee to the child seat ties to keep stuff put. I only wish it covered the rear panel and the gap where the jack and woofer are. I keep finding books and stuff in the gap.
