Every Year I try and make my way to Death Valley in February because the temperatures are about right and there is so much to explore there. This time I lead my friends the North side of Death Valley. Titus Canyon was close though this due to flood damage. So, we had to skip that and head straight to Ubehebe Crater ----> Racetrack Playa ----> Homestake campground for the night. Once we woke up we started our journey again to Warm Hot Springs. I knew another group that was already there and they had 2 DJs playing through out the nights. It was an awesome party and experience at the hot spring. After waking up with a hangover we started our journey again to Alabama Hills by taking the North Pass route. Alabama Hills was a nice way to end the trip and drive back home. How did the Ranger Raptor handle in all this. Really comfortably, lol. It was nice to go through the whoops and sliding around in the North Pass. The washboard roads were all bad but manageable once you reach speeds of 45mph. I know this means you have less tractions and could lose control of vehicle but it made the vibrations a minimum. Enjoy the pics!

Thanks for posting. We just don't have scenery and trails like that in my neck of the woods so living vicariously through others has to do for now.

You can always drive up north to Canada to experience some epic off-roading there I would think.

In the past when I was a teenager we would just do the touristy stuff in DV. Then 4-5 years ago I got invited to an off-roading trip in DV and I fell in love with it after. Been going everywhere exploring around with my truck.

They are 35x12.5x17

Guess I know what I'm doing one February. That trip looks epic, and those are all parts of DVNP I haven't had a chance to explore yet. Thanks for sharing!
