Yeah, I'm a bit confused myself why so few companies want to put out anything for the vast majority of the #1 selling mid-sized pickups in the US.

The market for people wanting to modify a 2.7 (for power) vs a 3.0 Raptor for power is far less. Most allocate time to a market that is more open to modify

That's true, but there are also a whole lot more 2.7s being sold that there are RRs (20 to 1 according to local dealerships), RR is still considered a niche vehicle by Ford. But improved throttle response and transmission tuning would be a great market for the 2.7s, and I personally wouldn't say no to the 355+ hp and 433+ lb-ft peak torque the 2.7 is capable of either. If I recall correctly, the Cobb 91 octane was able to improve both hp and torque on my 2019 F 150 2.7L, night and day difference in fact.

There are a lot more of them for sure, just the willingness to mod was a factor in previous years during the data gather phase.
We shall see!
