Looks like the interior has been improved. The seats don't have the orange highlights but the stitching may stay together. It also looks like some grill lights may be installed plus some new options. I am wondering if there may be some '24's left on the lots they may have to sell for a discount.

You can find them msrp on the east coast pretty easy. Look into Ford Finder Facebook group. Don't pay over msrp.

Where are you getting this 2025 changes information? Per the Ford website for the Ranger Raptor, none of this true. Just curious.

You need to find out who the Ford Rep is for your area and report that dealer for ripping people off. I've read that Ford is upset over dealers doing that.

As the OP is in North America, I suggest looking at the Ford website for the 2025 Ranger Raptor. The website does not reflect any of the changes that you described.
The 2025 is essentially the 2024 with some exterior color changes.
