My 2024 Lariat drivers seat is uncomfortable. 30 minute drive and my right leg starts to hurt.
No matter how I adjust it I cant stop the pain.
My 2019 Lariat I could drive forever.
If I knew what it needed to solve the problem I would take it to an upholstery shop and have it modified.
Looking for a fix.

Maybe it's the gas pedal/leg/foot relationship causing you grief and not the seat.
FWIW I find the seat very comfortable.

I find that leg pain is more due to under thigh support than the seat itself - if your seat is too high then they may be too much pressure on your thighs (esp right leg) where the seat bottom is cutting off circulation to your lower legs. Try bringing your seat down so your legs are more level and not dropping so much?

I think the only difference in the seat from the 2019 and the 2024 is the 2019 didn't have the 10 way.
The seat bottom also seems a little flimsy. I guess I will try those seat jackers.
The next step will may be a trim shop.

I have tried every position that seat will go into and nothing seems to help.
I like the truck but this pissing me off.

I have an XLT, but I’ve tested a Lariat and I think the only difference is the leather. I also find the seats to be horrible. A seat bottom cover with some foam underneath, just wide enough to fill in the gap between the side bolsters, made a big difference for me. Still not great but much better. YMMV.

If you search here and ranger 5G, a few others are in the same boat. Here's I've such thread, if I'm annoyed to post links:
https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/drivers-seat-question.30611/page-5#post-754367

I picked up my 24 Lariat ~8 hours away (new). By the time I got back home my legs and back were WRECKED. I was pretty worried because I wasn't about to spend this much on a daily driver + work truck and be in pain every day. But around 3000 miles it got much better. I still have to adjust the seat a to get comfortable but it's way better. A lot of slow traffic here so might be more like 5k miles elsewhere. Just hit 5k miles now myself.

I will say jumping into other leather / vinyl seat vehicles, they always feel much more comfortable. F250 and a crv most recently. But as you will see in the post I linked from 5g, I think it's the lack of support on the back half of the seat. A user over there said he cut two squares out of a moving blanket and put them in the seat and that helped, so I'll probably try that. It's just not firm enough as-is. You'll find other similar reports with 5g and 6g lariats.

I'm 6'1", ~180lbs, and I've got wide hips, and I feel like the steep sides of the seat cushion roll my hips inward if I'm not perfectly centered, and the seat isn't deep enough front-to-back for long legs. This is on top of the lack of support in the back portion. If I was lighter, shorter, or had narrower hips I feel like I would be ok. Nobody else has any issues when driving it. But I also have occasional lower back pain already, and tight hamstrings. So I've been trying to get better about stretches, who knows if that helped. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Only 35 but this seat got me feeling much older.

I also have the stretching leather on the cushion you'll see in other posts. By 1500 miles. But hasn't gotten much worse and isn't as bad as others have gotten.

The Lariat seats are 1"-1.5" wider between the side bolsters than the XLT. I could feel it and measured them.

Im in the same boat. 30 minutes and it starts. If I drive an hour then when I get out I am still in pain and it last a couple of hours.

I am 6'2" 220. The Ranger cab is smaller than its larger brothers and the lower seat cushion is shorter resulting in less under leg support. I suffer from the same issue as OP.
- On previous trucks I raised the front of the seat about 1/2-3/4" using a longer bolt and washers but have not needed this fix on my '19 Ranger or my '24 RR.
- A long term fix - but pricy - is to retrofit an aftermarket seat such as a Recaro. I've suggested this to others with similar back problems and the response is typically why doesn't the manufacture make better seats. Agreed, but many times they don't so what's the fix, leave it as it is, or change it. When you sell the truck, put the OEM seat back in and used the Recaro in the next vehicle or purchase a base and make it an office chair.

I previously had a couple of vehicles with Recaro seats as standard. Liked them so much I purchased a Recaro Office chair and base. Love it - perfect for naps. Interestingly, during the latter months of my my wife's pregnancy it was the only chair in the house she could sit in comfortably.
