They told me the same thing they told you, then put me on hold, came back and said they'd accept a "pre-order" and not charge my card until the parts are available in mid to late August.

I'd suggest you try again today, their 15% off and free shipping ends at 11:59 PST tonight.
I tried again earlier but they were already closed. Teh website says they close at 4pm for customer service. I will call again tomorrow and see if I can get someone good on the phone.

I also wanted to ask them if they recommended new UCAs and if so, which ones. I have seen 2 billet UCAs on the market and man do they look nice but that is a lot of dough.

I went with the Superpro UCA's when I installed the kit as they were much more affordable than the billet options

Much to my surprise an Eibach kit showed up on my porch yesterday. I just got off the phone with Eibach and they confirmed this is the part number for the coilover kit for a 24/25 Ranger 4WD with a 2.7L engine, and that this was the first kit to ship! The guy on the phone said it should be up on the site any time now.

Is there really a difference between the 2.3 and 2.7 suspension that it needs another part number?
And their site list only 2WD for 24/25. Who's putting a Stage 2 on a 2WD?

EDIT: Excuse me. I should have read thru the entire thread.

Hopefully you were able to convince them to give you the 15% deal since you called yesterday as well.

Thank fully, yes. The guy I spoke with was super understanding and helpful, so they gave me the discount.

I did ask them about the UCAs. They did not test UCAs or verify the alignment when they were testing the lift kit, but they would recommend going with a set of aftermarket ones if you are going to set the lift high.

I just got the tracking number for my order. A couple buddies and I are planning a trip late August so I should be able to get it installed by then.

On another note, I just installed a softopper. It looks pretty good and was really easy to install. I would recommend installing when it is warm out, so the material is more malleable.

She's lifted! Front and rear are now both at 23-1/4" from hub center to fender well. I'm running Nitto Terra Grappler G3s P275/70R18 on 3/4" BORA spacers with the factory BAP wheels. Alignment was done and in spec without replacing UCAs.

Nice, how does it ride compared to stock? How much lift was gained?

It rides great, and the front gained 2-1/4” which matches the rear. But…

I had the 33” tires installed the day before the lift. There wasn’t any rubbing at full turns. After the lift was installed on Friday I didn’t have an opportunity to drive more than to/from our business.

But then yesterday I made a more extreme turn and I heard some rubbing. Sure enough the lift pushed the wheels forward I’m the wheel well and the tires are rubbing the from wheel well liner.

Next step will be new UCAs to move the wheels back via the increased caster. SuperPro has fixed geometry versions that should work. SPC adjustable ones aren’t out yet, but they did verify by email that they’ll release them but no ETA.

I’m going to looking into trimming the wheel liner for now, but won’t have time for a couple days.

The instructions indicate the 2.3 and 2.7 use the same kit, just different preloads.

I’ve done a couple changes to the ranger over the past couple of weeks. First was the softopper which was pretty easy to install. I would recommend installing it when it’s warm so the material is more malleable. Second I installed my American Adventure Lab passenger molle panel. I guess Ford thought it was a good idea to use loctite on those cheap tie down brackets… And finally I installed the Eibach kit (E86-35-062-04-22) w/ the Superpro UCAs. The lift and UCA were fairly simple to install. Only two hiccups I had were that I did not have many bigger sized metric tools so I had to run to the store to pick some up. The other issue I had was drooping the hub enough to pull the shock out. Ford used pressed in studs on the shocks and they would not come out when I tried to hit them out so I just ended up cutting the studs off.

I still have a bunch of items I need to knock out including EGR j braces, some wheels and tires, and adjusting the height.
