Love my 2024 Ranger, but finding it impossible to find an exhaust tip. The 3" are too small and the 3.5 too big. My exhaust pipe measures a full 3 1/8" o.d....seems a very odd size.
I agree with you, I'm having the same issue...everybody refers to the Rapter, NOT looking for Rapter exhaust tips.. looking for 2024 xl trim with 3 1/8" o.d.

I looked everywhere for a black tip and couldn't find a good fit. I wound up buying this and installed last weekend.

Its nothing special, and we'll see how it holds up, but it was cheap and it looks really nice for now. I was worried that it wouldn't be secure, but I yanked on it a bunch and it feels solid. I did have to cut about 4-5" off the end of the OEM exhaust so that it wasn't showing through the tip. Could be my imagination, but I think the exhaust sounds a little bit better (definitely not due to the tip, but maybe due to the shorter exhaust length).

I unpackaged it and it looked ridiculously large, but it actually looks pretty nice on the truck. I don't have it poking out, and when its tucked behind the wheel its reasonably subtle - which is what I wanted. If you stand far back, you still see that its a bolt on tip and I wish the "clamps" weren't as visible, but you'd have to be looking for it to really notice. Generally just looks more finished than the OEM exhaust, and the black matches better, which is what I was going for.

a lot of exhaust finishers (the proper name for the tips) used to be bolted on. it seems like people like the welded look so its much more common than back in teh 80s and 90s. clamp on looks totally fine though, and as long as you like it, its good to go

Anyone make exhaust tips that more stealth?
I would really rather have nothing hanging down on the back of the truck.

Sort if like how GM did with some of their full-size off-road trucks of recent.

Ideally, I would like to keep the resonators in place or move them if needed but tuck it all up out of sight.

I really like these tucked exhaust tips seen here on this AT4X.

Still not cheap but much better. Order placed so we’ll see how it goes.
Post some pics when you have this installed. Having done this, I think the length might be a little short and the original pipe will still be visible from behind, but curious to see. Mine is longer and you can still see the OEM exhaust a bit when you stand back. might spray the OEM exhaust pipe and clamp black (high temp paint) so that it doesn't stand out. FYI, I had to cut my original exhaust shorter so that it wasn't visible on the tip I used (posed earlier in this thread). Kind of nerve racking when the truck was 12 minutes old, but no issues whatsoever.

Im not with my truck now, but I'll eventually post some pics here. My Amazon special is holding up fine so far.
