After a couple of misfits because our 2024 Ranger with 2.7 had an OD of 3 1/8 " tail pipe, bought this Ford Performance one from Summit Racing. M-5260-BCT1, about $150. Bought a cheaper MBRP one off Amazon for F150 years back but black finish started peeling off after 1 month. Perfect fit over tail pipe, i did cut off a few inches of tailpipe with saws-all since did not want to see the factory tail pipe and kept it back near the clamp. Real heavy duty and nice black chrome finish for a Cactus Gray Ranger. Easy 10 min install. Still looks new after 9 months.
Installed that Ford Performance one on my 2.3L and it fits perfect.

Yep, way too much for what they are.
That is the main reason I never bought them.

Ford Performance is a nice black chrome. No worry about powder coat chipping off. I got it for just over $130 from Stage 3.

I cut 3" off the OEM exhaust. I masked everything around and painted the exhaust a satin black just beyond the weld at the bend. Ford needs to work on their suppliers' tube bending. For a mandrel bend, that sucks. Anyway, the black makes it blend well from a distance. Also painted the band clamp.

What years is your truck? And what was the OEM part number used? Did you have to expand it any

2025

The ford part number is M-5260-BCT1.

The 80mm exhaust pipe on the 2.7L is the same OD as the F150. No expansion needed.

Wonder if the 2.3 shares the same size as the 2.7
