Contacted ford customer service a couple weeks ago, and they said they were looking into my order as it had been awhile..

It says “your cancellation request “ however i never requested a cancellation. Is this normal?

This has definitely happened to others, I was pretty mad when I saw my email. I never requested any such action. Order your kit from Australia, screw Ford USA.

Heh, it definitely doesn't mean that. I called them when it happened to me.
All it means is Ford doesn't know when they are going to get stock back in and the don't want pending orders out there with no delivery date.

They told me to order it again when it came back in stock. I complained that I purchased it with a coupon and so they gave me another coupon. Of course, that coupon expired a month ago now...

I went in to my dealer the other day, explained the background history as commiserated about on this Forum and ordered the kit. We (dealer service and I) will see how the order goes. Will follow up when I find out more.

I ordered it from Australia also. The canopy shop will install it along with the canopy when the canopy arrives (3-5 weeks).
Getting a Leer canopy with the options I want, not from Ford.

Good luck..... I ordered mine over 4 months ago and there is no ETA in sight.

Try calling your dealership and scheduling an appt for the latest recall. When I did, my dealership also scheduled me for. J-Brace install. Might still be filtering through the system, or might be my dealer made a mistake. It came up in his system as an item for my vin under customer satisfaction program.

I called to schedule 9/16.

Scheduled to take it in a week from tomorrow and I'll follow up with what happens. He did note that it would be pending part availability. Fingers crossed.

My J-Brace kit (Raptor) just shipped to me after being backordered. I ordered online 8/1 and shipped 10/1. Good sign for part inventory for those still waiting

I have a set in my hands if you need, im in British Columbia Canada.. I had them just incase it was needed.. they dont fit my 2025 Ranger only for the 2024.
