So after looking at the pics so far, to be sure, it would be good to have the comparison pics both looking at the same area and angle. Hopefully that can be accomplished once more Job 2 builds are delivered. It is encouraging that the csp for the j-braces is effective on builds through July 15, 2024, that would lead me to think ford did make a change.

The GVRW for the 2.7 is the same as my 2.3
The GVAW differs in the front
140 lbs. higher in the front same in the rear
So the Ranger Lariat with the 2.7 is 140 lbs. more in weight.

What was the msrp? I want a 2.7. But with 2wd, no go. 4wd puts a generally pricey truck out of my price range
That's a Lariat with the 2.7 and FX4 package.
The Build and Price site shows MSRP of $52,400, plus $825 if you want the advanced tow and $495 for the spray in liner.

I thought these came out a few months ago. 🤔
No, they were available for special order, but none had actually been built until this run of Ranger builds.

My Raptor is in production finally. But just some kudos to 5 Star Tuning. At present my 2019 Ranger Lariet with the 2.3 L Ecoboost is tuned by them. These past years I have enjoyed mostly owning the road with un expected adversaries. Never had any issues and can’t wait until they put out some tricks for the RR. I will be in-line and ready to buy!

I ran through configuration with xlt 2.7,fx4 ,tow hitch and a couple more options. Came out to around $47k plus from what I recall. I was hoping to keep it around $40k for 2.3 xlt. Then add taxes plus fees, for any truck.

Well over $50k for my 2.7 config. If I was into offroading and could afford it, almost go for Raptor . Another $10k drive out , over my 2.7 config, plus big hit on mpg. But I really like the Raptor. The 2.7 would give me power and reasonable mpg. If I go 2.7 just have to break extra piggy banks.

Only reason I know is I was trying to buy it but it was the wrong color for us. 😂
You were looking at a 2.3. The 2.7's are job 2 and just making their way to dealerships now. You need to let up on the cherry cokes.

Lol it was a 2.7 my dude. I liked it. Reminds me a lot of my Bronco 2.7 but more pep for sure. Probably because it didn't have 35s.
