Fog light options

If these could be aimed I would! The aiming mechanism for our fogs are attached to the OEM housing. These are bolted into the 3 bolts that the factory housing used, but with no aiming ability. I’m sure you could fashion some spacers of some sort if really needed.

That's actually what I was thinking, with some small washers.

Would like to see these once you install, would like to see actually Fog light options. Not to mention if Moustas has done anything to fix the bracket for the USDM market.

ok just finish installing the passenger side BD fog light not bad.. ( it was only a 102F here) only thing i can say is watch there is a pass and driver side bracket and the pins for the elec connector i did place a little elec grease and some tie straps. there is a very small gap around the lights not bad..

the brackets are cast with a d and p for what side they go on.. little easier with tires turned outward..

looks pretty bright..

My understanding is these will not fit flush with the housing, but I am good with that as these will be operating at a much hotter temperature than stockers and the added gap will hopefully keep the cover from deforming from the heat. Time will tell.

Okay full assortment of photos

1: high beams, and Baja Designs S1, notice the trees leaning in on either side, the S1s lit those up

As much as I would love to run the s1 on the road with the low beams, they throw light too tall vertically but they are awesome as filler light on back roads with no other traffic.

Really seems like nothing truly fits flush other than the ones that I have gotten which are a Chinese brand of the stockers, but I do like the idea of a true fog light. I'm looking for something that's a actual "fog light", something that's bright, and something that will not melt my bezels. Definitely liking the concept of the Moustas ones.

ok just finish the other side.. these lights are bright.. but like others have said not for the street.. unless you wanna blind on coming traffic..

There’s a very slight gap around the whole light but it’s no more than a few MM.

I just installed the driver side BD light and housing. However, I’m having a tough time getting it level… seems like the housing is a bit crooked. Anyone else run into this?

Level ? the three screw holes on the brackets line up with the mounting holes very good. any pics.. or more info.

Wonder if using the Factory Ember lense will help, should lower brightness alot and match orange DRL if you installed em.

Can you snap some pics of the back of the mounts also? Mine were originally slightly crooked but I just needed to seat the light better in the rear holder

Hmm. Mines pretty well seated in the rear mount so I’m not sure what the issue is….
