So when I took delivery of the my Shelter Green Raptor 2-3 weeks ago I asked the dealer to look at the few common things before i showed up to get it. Does the hood take Hulk strength to close, do the doors close correctly / align, and if the paint was chipped above the drivers tail light. They texted me back asking me to clarify the issue on the tail light and they confirmed it was chipped. As part of taking delivery of the truck they agreed to fix it and it was written on my "owe" sheet for the repair.
They ordered paint and the replacement raptor decal that day and it took a week and half to come in. Dropped the truck off Thursday Morning and got it back today. As you can see they had to pull the entire driver fender and repaint the whole thing and also replace the decal. They also commented that they spent an abnormal amount of time making sure that tail light was aligned correctly and had all the right spacing.
I paid nothing for this, as the dealer / Ford covered it. Since I hadn't seen anyone get it fixed yet or post about it, figured people would like to see.
