Regardless of 'rebranding'' source, spec states "washable, reusable" which means oiling required.

Certainly, tradeoffs for oiled vs dry media; however, with turbos and direct injection an incorrectly over oiled filter either another source for intake gunk accumulation, under oiled potentially decreased filter efficiency and/or more frequent filter monitoring especially if off-roading.
An advertised 7.6% flow increase totally negligible

IMO, don't see compelling benefit of oiled filter for this application.
