I got that, too, previously, now get a different message.
They know who requested activation, so now they move your vehicle to the end of the line for finishing as punishment.....just kidding.

FordPass now says I need to try again once I've taken delivery of the vehicle (never had that message before). Previously it was that someone needed to be in the vehicle to accept the prompts on the display.
Maybe they lock out telemetry/user access before loading on rail?

I get the same thing. Feature unavailable . They must have started locking out the TCU's until close to delivery.

Shortly after mine was built on 2/9 I tried to Activate Ford Pass and it went to Activation Pending. Yesterday I received a message in the app saying Activation Denied. I guess it's a good sign that someone was actually in it but I with they would have accepted the activation request.

Anyway, I clicked Activate again it is now pending again.

It should be locked out. If all you needed was the Fordpass app and a VIN to track someone, it'd be a huge privacy failure.

Tell how to see this, I cannot activate this. What is the secret? Yes I have the FordPass app but have not seen this. My dealer can I cannot.
